Kk think about the person that means the most to you in your life would you kill yourself for them...be honest!
The question is ambiguous since it doesn't state in what sense my loved one benefits from my suicide. But for the sake of this mental experiment, I'm going to assume that it's a choice between my own suicide or the untimely death of that loved one, and I'll further assume I am convinced that suicide is the only option.
Under those assumptions, yes. I have no fear of any eternal consequences, so 'giving my life' vs. 'suicide to save them' are indistinct as far as I'm concerned.
how is this important? well my mom is that person but im not sure if I would murder myself for her.but you shouldnt ask questions like that! nobody wants to see themselves in a a situation were they have to choose between themselves and I loved one.
I would give my life for them, but I wouldn't kill myself. That'd be suicide. And who I'd die for would be my friends and family. Natural for anyone so to speak, at least I'd hope.
If I was in a tragic situation and it was either them or me die, I'd want them to live. But I wouldn't go willingly kill myself over anyone.
I would die protecting my son, my mother and (maybe lol) my husband... I would not kill myself for anyone or anything.
Kill myself FOR them??? No. Give up my life for them. Yes Risk my life for them? Definitely, without hesitation.
I wouldn't kill myself but would jump infront of a bullet yes. I rather have my life taken then theirs.
