Happy baby

How can I make my 8 months old baby to always be happy. Since kids smile/laughs a lot, does that mean they’re happy?

Actually, babies smile by instinct when they’re very young. Because babies are so often greeted with smiles, smiling at people is one of the first things they learn about communicating. Interesting, right?

I actually read about it in a book called “Language Development: an Introduction.” Really great book, well worth reading if you’re interested in how your child is developing in terms of language!
