What would happen if a vampire sucked the blood of an HIV positive person?

Vampires live for centuries and the can’t die unless you kill them like the legends say (garlic, cross, stake to the chest, decapitation, holy water, etc.) The blood can actually get on the blood stream. How do you think alcohol and dru.gs get on the blood? People don’t inject alcohol to get drunk. Why do you think doctors and scientist do blood tests to check for toxins, alcohol, and dru.gs?

Nothing. Given that they dont have hearts or circulating blood, why would a blood borne virus do anything to them?

Depends on the vampire-story. I mean, vampires are kinda magical, and their magic works different in every book.
Maybe the vampire will become a carrier, infecting everyone he bites later, but he’ll not get sick himself.
