Halloween costume, lady gaga
I’m being Lady Gaga for Halloween and of course I can’t spend 2130812938193 billion dollors on a dress. So does anyone have an idea of where and what to wear ? Thank you(:

you can talk to a friend that knows how to use the sweing machine… do a sketch of the outfit of your choice, ask that someone you know if she/he could do it, and if the person can, then start patching up the fabrics and come up with a nice halloween costume… or else, go to thrift shops and garrage sales… lol!
Wear a black dress and stick a little bit of neon and silver cardboard randomly over it. Get your fringe cut VERY straight and put a silver lightning bolt over your eye with make up!
It’s Lady Gaga - it doesn’t have to be expensive…just tacky.
Pull the feathers out of a pillow and glue them to a dress…there you go!
