Hairstyle from hell

I got my hair cut short at the top it looks like big chunks have been taken out of it? my fringe is messed up would it be possible to fix.. I also want my hair dyed from brown to blonde is it possible that could go right ?

My hair cant be put down other bits are chunky and its noticeable?? Hair needs dyed thinking..bout going blonde !!

Yeah, but blonde is tricky, I’d go to the salon. And yeah they could fix your hair (but it’s going to get a lot shorter)
