Humidity, would be my best guess. When it is humid hair tends to curl or get wavy. Those individual little curly wavy hairs tangle with each other. The end result is a frizzier look in the winter for me. I use products to add a shine to mine and it seems to keep down the tangley winter frizz.

cold weather affcets hair, and can make it dry. to avoid it becomming tangled and britle, use a moisturizer or protein treatment or even a hot oil treatment every now and then during winter
