DON'TS:
dye it (dyes have harsh chemicals)
Use heat tools; blow dryer, curler, straightener (let it dry naturally)
Use a brush while your hair is wet (use a wide tooth comb, a brush while wet can cause breakage)
Smoke; eat junk food; generally be unhealthy
DOs
Take vitamins to promote hair growth: Vitamins B, C, E, Beta Carotene, Magnesium. (many people suggest pre-natal vitamins but be cautious as the iron levels in them are higher)
Take care of yourself and your body; Good nutrition goes a long way.
Massage your scalp regularly
Get hot oil treatments
get a Mask every 6 weeks
trim every 6-8 weeks

I agree. Trimming your hair regularly is actually good for your hair and helps it grow faster. Split ends or other damage to hair can slow the growth tremendously. So my advice is to cut and inch off every 3 months or so.
Hope this helps. :)
The B- vitamins are extremely important in healthy hair growth. You can also massage your scalp nightly for about 5-10 minutes. It'll increase blood flow and will make your hair grow both healthier and faster :)
Well vitamin D pills help, and there are GOOD. Also try using egg in your hair. I know it may seem questionable but it not only softens your hair, it helps it grow.
yea i got highlights n they turned into splitends real fast but as for the parts i didnt dye, the ends still looked real healthy!!!!
don't cut it unless you really need to. keep it in plaits whenever you can to reduce split ends and avoid wearing it out.
well there are pills that help you grow your hair fast, but its not really good. so i suggest you to just wait
try pre-natal vitamins....seriously. nails and hair grow..and the bonus is you get your daily requirements.
if you have your hair trimmed well, it encorages hair to grow, so have regular trims :)
cuttin your hair really helps and if you put your hair in a ponytail it grows slower
eat foods that enriched with biotine. and a fruits may help you also:)
