Hair extensions with my hair?

Ok I really want some hair extensions. I’m going for the scene look where they have short hair at the top and long at the bottom. But I’m not sure it would work with my hair, I don’t want it to look messed up or tacky and I want to be able to wear it w/ out styling if I needed to without it looking weird. Please look @ my pics and tell me if it would work. Thanks!

go to the hair salon and have them die it pink and then get liberty spikes on top and get your nose and eyebrow pierced. wait no…I dont want you to look just like my mom…that would be kind of freaky
