There is this guy that I like and he keeps on looking at me. What should i do? Should i ask him out? Mostly no guys are attracted to me and whenever i ask a guy out they say no so what should I do?

You dont just ask a guy out just because he looks at you! You befriend them, get to know them, then go from there. You dont just jump into a relationship with someone because they “look at you”!!!
