I assume you’re asking in general how often to clean a ferret cage? The litter should be cleaned out once or twice a day (think about it this way, do you want to use a dirty toilet?), bedding once or twice a week, the whole cage once a week, food and water stuff has to be washed everyday.
I clean my out door ferret run 2/3 times a week and then feed and water every day.
