Can I study overseas?

can I go oversea to study when im 17 or 18?Where should I go?im not good in english.I always get 50/100.so im worry about my english exam as it is the most important subject.If I fail,can I still go oversea and study?Is it expensive?

You can go overseas to study at the age, but you have to be part of some study abroad program unless you’ve graduated high school. I took German as a foreign language all through high school and my last year of middle school, so I got the chance to be a 1 year transfer student and live with a host family.

Going anywhere in the U.S.A. is pretty expensive, so going overseas you can expect to be paying a pretty penny. There are plenty of good places to go and study, but if you’re trying to pinpoint a place to go it’s all dependent on what you plan to study.
