Yea I have seen that out here a few times, and it’s hilarious when it’s so cold but they keep a straight face because its better to look cool and hot than to admit it was a mistake to wear on that day lol.

Without tights that’s kind of silly in the winter. I think shorts are for summertime unless layered with tights and boots are for the winter, never the sumer.
