girls ...acne on chest help!!

im a 38b …self concious as it is with my chest and now I got spots on chest aswell! …any girls had this before? please tell truth even a message if dont want to show your identity…I would be grateful for your help .. im off on holiday in few week time and cant go like this im wearing a bikini and im so tempted to cancel my place because im so embarrased about this :( .. any products or tips? how about a sunbed tanning session?

omg yes I have acne on my back and on my chest I just never knew how to get rid of it im so embarresed I dont even let my boyfreind rub my back anymore

firstly yes, many teenagers expirience acne, especially on places like there back or chest usually its just hormones,and theyll stay there for quite a while here are some things to help keep them at bay wearing a clean t-shirt and bra (cotton is best) as sweat can cause more of them, especially if you keep the smae sweaty or dirty clothes on for too long and exfoliating, with a loffa of a special glove reguarly will help as for solariums …NO solariums contribute to skin cancer many young people have died as a direct result from using them because the governmenbt just allowed them pto pop up everywere without any research being done they also agprematurely age your skin and face yso youll look 30 by the time your 20 it wont cover them either, theyll still be there, and you might just get skin cancer or especially melanoma as well. dont use tanning beds or solariums the only safe tan is a fake tan one from a bottle, spray on, cream or wipe
