If you like this girl then go ahead, get aquainted with her, spend time with her. Crack some jokes and make her feel happy around you. Do not force her to like you, it won’t work.

In time she may like you, if she does then bonus, but one day you will have to reveal to her how you feel about her. She won’t be your Miss Right because you are still young and will go through many other love feelings as you grow older and hormones start to change.

If she says no, she wants to stay friends, then respect her decision.
