Does she have any sort of health problems? Why don’t you encourage her to go to the doctors and run tests to find out what her ovulation cycle is like. Having sex while she is ovulating will improve your chances of pregnancy.

if you truly are ready for a child and ready for the commitment, i would suggest seeing a specialist, not just her you too to check your fertility. also if she recently was on birthcontrol it takes up to 18 months for your cycle to regulate again.

have her right down on a calendar when her period started then count 14 days thats when she ovulates and your highest chance of getting pregnant is, have sex 2 days b4 the day cuz the sperm stays in the women 48 to 72 hours and the ovum last 24 hours. i would try that and if you don;t succeed further with the fertilitly specailist as i suggested b4
