Answer #1

am, is, are, were, was, being, been, had, had, have, could, should, would, will, can, do, does, did, may, might, must, shall

those are to-be verbs. I think they are the same thing.

Answer #2

to be honest, I actually don’t know what a “weak verb” is. do you mean a verb that has lack of word choice/higher vocabulary? (run, sit, say, etc)

Answer #3

“This time period was known as the beggining of history for jazz music”

this is a period of time known as the beggining of jazz.

                            or

this is the period of time jazz was created in.

and as for weak verb- a thesaurus helps… just wright down a base sentence of what you want to say:

I was running realy fast when I fell. It hurt a lot.

and rearrange the words, or replace the words:

as I was running quickly before I fell, the fall was that much more painfull.

                                 or

The speed at which I was running intensify the pain that shot up my leg when I fell.

im realy good at liturature and have a large vocabulary- if you ever need help with this type of thing, just PM me. (I cant spell though).

Answer #4

I think Obama could be considered a weak verb. Oh crap I was thinking out loud again, I am sorry.

Answer #5

“This time period was known as the beggining of history for jazz music.”

Use action verbs rather than be verbs. “Known as the beginning of history for jazz music, this time period…”
