Getting rid of belly piercing lump

I got my belly pierced last summer and I took it out in november one day and forgot to put it back in, it then kind of healed so I couldnt put the belly bar back in, so I thought I would wait until this summer to get it re-done, however the bit of skin that held my belly bar in has gone so small that it left a lump, it didnt go away when it was healing, does anyone know how to get rid of it? Cause I really want to get it re-done and I cant get rid of it without it gone

I had my belle done and did exactly what you did took it out then it healed and just left it for about a year.. and then about 2 weeks ago I thought I want it done again so I just gripped my teath and thought ill do it my self and shoved the bar through try using ice just to numb it a bit and then grip your teath and do it

Try to crush up excedrine and mix it with water until its a paste. Apply it and let it sit for 10 min and rinse. Do this twice a day. Reason is the caffine in it can stimulate healthy skin growth.
