Getting over ex

I just broke up with my boyfriend, I was wondering what are some ways I can get over him? And how to get into studying..after the breakup, it’s difficult. Any help is appreciated.

Ok so eat a lot of ice cream or mabey chocolate. But mostly ice cream always helps. How I get to like studying is that I’m like organise and I just like writting and lurning new stuff. But what I recomade you is that you should lock your self in your room and study the hardest. Anyway when you get to study your mind will get off of your ex boyfriend
