Get smooth, silky hair? Advice

How do you get the smooth and silky hair thats still long and with no dead ends? I.e lauren conrad. I really want silky and smooth hair, but I just dont know what to use, and I dont know what to do. Help!

I use smooth and seal, its a salon product,and then I straighten it, but keep in mind lauren most likely has stylists that do her hair. in the pictures you see.

Just leave you hair conditioner in for about 5 minutes in the shower,and then rinse it out. The longer you leave it in,the more moistue it gathers,and it makes it silky smooth.

MY Hair gets big bushy tangles and i can’t cut my hair because i have 3 scars on my forehead where i fell when i was a baby cause my great grandparents had a grill holder that the meat stays on when u cook it.
