Gaining willpower

I’m trying to lose weight and I want to stop eating junk food and drinking soda but I just don’t think I have the will power. What are some ways to gain that willpower and keep it?

I have the same problem. What you can do is join something, like a dance class, sports team or get with your friends and go running, walking or jogging. I’m an athlete during seasons I’m in tip-top shape then out of season I gain all the weight back. The key is to keep yourself busy so you don’t think about junk food. Hope I was a help.
