What's a fun gag gift for a 30th birthday?

My brother is turning 30 and I want to get him a small, but funny gag gift to go along with his other gift. My brother has a good sense of humor so anything will work. What are some fun gag gifts?

I would go get a fake scratcher lottery ticket, they say that you have won like 5000 to 10,000 dollars but on the back it says something silly that you got punked…I did this to my friends at work and seeing the way they act when they find out they won is funny!!! Try that!!! I think you can get them at Spencers or you may have to find them depending on where you live.
