You can make some sweet effects like making a picture of a flower, for example, glow! Or you can take a black and white picture of yourself and make your eyes purple for example! There are alot more cool features with Photo Shop! Just play around with it!
You can add all sorts of effects to the picture to make it look better, and in addition to adding people you can take people out, and even place them somewhere else! You can put in different backgrounds, and touch up photos to make them look flawless! Photoshop has endless possibilities, you just need to experiment with it! Have fun!
