I would laugh hysterically.

I would drive her home but put her in the back seat laying down on her stomach so she won’t sit on her own crap (seriously, who would want that?!) and buckle her up (that would be almost impssible though but I would still try) , get her in the shower, put her in some clean dry clothes, and get her to bed and in the morning I would help he rget over her massive hangover by gatorade, water, advil and lots of rest and vow to myself to keep that secret to the grave =).
