Where can I buy a cute formal dress?

I have this formal dance coming up and I have been looking everywhere for hot dresses and I cant seem to find any. Does anyone know of any stores in Arizona that sell cute dresses that aren’t that expensive?

I usually buy online sinec I can find a better selection. You just have to take your own mesurements and know the exact size so that you don’t get any surprises. Usually the size charts are very accurate on most sites. I like shopping on bluefly.com and some department stores like neimanmarcus have things online that they don’t sell in their stores but you can get alterations done at the store after you buy online.
