Football conditioning

Ok well I started football conditioning yesterday and im soo sore I don’t know how ima do it 2day.. How can I do it todau and how long will it b until I stop getting so sore the day after??

If your body is not used to football conditioning then you are giving it quite a workout! I had the same problem when I joined the basketball team when I was in school! I am no expert but I can give you some info from my own personal experience. I would just suck it up…well that sounds harsh but you know what I mean. I know your body is super sore but just push through and once your body gets used to your football regimen the pain will be less. Now for me when I worked out I was always at least a little bit sore but nothing like when I first started! Just smile and do your best! :D
