Is brown rice healthier than white rice

As for the question, yes it is healthier as it has Low GI and way more fiber than white rice.
yeah, brown rice is a lot more nutritious, and better for you.
whtie rice has too much carbs.
same goes with pasta & bread. go brown! hahaha.
