From what I have read, it does not as fluconazole is an anti-fungal not an anti-biotic. As well, it increases your estrogen levels. Of course, this is just what I have researched. You really ought to ask your doctor or pharmicist and in the future, before being prescribed medication, tell your doctor you are on hormonal birth control.

Don’t have sex while on it though, as it woill make your birth control in effective while on it. Wait atleast 5 days after you stop to have sex unprotected again. You could end up pregnant if you don’t.
