i had an env2 and it did that but all my contols worked?

If your screen went out thats not something you can fix. How long have you had it? If your under contract and its been less than a year you can get it replaced with a new one. You also can get a new one if you have iinsurance on your phone.

ive had it for almost 2 years, i have insurance just there charging $90 to replace it…….
