Why does my finger print log on to my computer no longer recognise my finger print?

it s synced to all my fingers, and i don’t have any burns or cuts on them. it was working a few days ago, but now it won’t, and you must use your fingerprint to change any of them.

is this some type of pp on the computer or….? i havent herd about this system explain it a little and maybe i can help you out more

The program is called trusuite access. My computer is fairly new, so it shouldn’t be a glitch.

Several reasons are possible including:

(a) the data file that stores the key features of the original scan of your print has been deleted or corrupted;

(b) the print scanner is now dirty or faulty - thus not producing an accurate scan now;

(c) the Print authentication software has been corrupted, either by a virus or by disk surface damage on your hard drive, or possibly by the machine losing power while the software was in use;

(d) Someone with administrator rights on your computer has deleted your account on your computer, or changed other key information about your account.

well if it keeps rejecting the fingerprints, and there is absolutely no way to reset it (look over the manual)does it have a password you can type in if the prints are not working? try that if so. If not then try reinstalling it. If all else fails take it to a best buy so the professionals can figure out why its going wrong
