Final fantasy 11 please help

When I go to download final fantasy 11 From the disk I got with the game after downloading the viewer when I try and download the actual game it wont download it it just says final fantasy 11 not downloaded I dont no why it wont let me download it. :(

oh, is your hard drive in all the way =o

that doesnt sound good that it wont download.

possibly you have to much information on your hard drive.

well double check the computer to see if it can handle the format. If yes than try and install it as administrative.

make sure to fully uninstall it before installing it again.

make sure there are no scratches.

and once it’s installed have fun thats a great game
