Film Over Eyes

It feels like I have this like film over my eyes constantly..its like dirty..and some like patches are blurry..almost like blind spots..I’ve had it for quiet a while and sometimes I dont really notice it as much(but its still there)…othertimes I notice it a lot and it is really annoying..

I went to the optitions and mentioned this along with some other problems..and they said I could have diabetes but when I got refered to doctors and had blood tests etc they came back negative..and nothing is being done about it now..

It is really annoying..like I clean my glasses because it gets so bad I think it is dirt on my glasses but they are like total clean and I still see these things..its not good..

A couple of years ago they told me I have cataracts in both my eyes and have had them since I was born (which I only got told last year when I was 16!)..and they havnt mentioned it all since then..

Anyone know what it could be? Im scared im going blind or something..
