Do you feel bad after you squash a bug?

It might be weird but I don’t have any regrets in squashing bugs because a lot of them only live like a few weeks :c

I feel terrible. Like twiddlemuffin, I keep thinking what if it had a family??but I don’t feel too bad if I kill a cockroach. o-o but I try to avoid it as much as possible :)

A lady bug or something yes, but not mosquitos, flies or other “pests”. I even like spiders because the eat the “bad bugs”

For me it depends on the risks involved being in contact with a particular bug, and if it’s outdoors, or within my living quarters. As I see it outdoors is their turf, but indoors is mine. The exception are: When it’s indoors, I will attempt to get them back outdoors but if it’s an infestation of bugs making my home theirs…their gone. Outdoors, I will hunt sacraficial worms for fishing and remove any hives built of stinging instects.

I rarely squash bugs. Only the annoying ones like ants only if I see one in my house, Mosquitoes, flies, & annoying things like that. When I see a spider or something in my house, I scoop it up and throw it outside XD I’m too sensitive to k*ll anything other than the annoying kinds of bugs. I would get sad. :P If I were a bug, I’d want to live lol.

i have felt bad in my younger days but then i realise that human are the most domonant speices on this earth i have a few non venomous scorpions and i feed them live crickets so for me its kind of just a normal day for me to kill a bug but then a scorpion is a type of bug and one of mine died a few days before xmas and my heart broke and im nearly 21 lol but i think that was proberly because i put most of my time in to giving them the best and most of my money goes to buying fake plants and other decorationd for theyer tanks i guess what im saying is no matter what you feel it is 100% normal some people will have other views and some will have the same i have a different veiw to your but have a understanging of your feelings

uuuhhhhhh NO lol i really dont like bugs… not at all but i am the biggest animal lover tottaly! im doing something to help save wild cats <3

I have an extreme bug phobia and even then I still feel awful for killing something. I usually have other people kill the bug or have them release it.
