Like most foods and beverages it is rather hard to describe its flavor to someone who haven’t tried it. Egg Not contains milk, cream, raw beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla, optionally a shot of rum or whiskey, and is served with fresh ground nutmeg sprinkled on top. Commercial Egg Not uses pasteurized eggs for safety.
