Fat tummy weight loss

My tummy is really flabby an I feel like jelly going fatter everyday..how do I go thin before school starts in september 4th help…is it by drinking loads of green tea only

tighten your tummy muscles when you walk up stairs, or when you walk briskly keep a good posture at all times go to youtube, theres a lot of great workout videos there :) good luck! @}—,’—

drink green tea…eats salads…don’t eat fast food…but you can eat subway…drink lots of water…an do situps at night

  • Don’t eat too much carbs; like pasta, rice, potoato, cereals. -because these are the things that make you bloat. Don’t eat when you are not hungry. - there is no point. Don’t drink too much fizzy drinks. - the gas will make your belly bloat BIG TIME. Don’t eat stuff with a lot of salt. Don’t eat stuff you know is not good for you. Don’t eat late at night. Do exercise as much as you can. Do as many sit-ups as you can. And don’t give up. Sorry it is such a long list. xx Do al
