I want to become a fat and strong man.how?

Work out more than you normally do,start lifting some weights that you can handle,go to a gym 3 times a week but also exersize at home. Don’t push your body when it’s tired,you will just hurt yourself.

I think you would have to eat a lot of carbs and excersize helluh and burn off all the caloried you eat to gain mucsle.
