Depending on who’s first time it is… if it’s both persons first time, it’s going to be slow, and probably pretty bad. No guy is able to be a “pro” on the first shot.

For that matter, the first time for a lady, is very likely to hurt, a lot. Fingering wouldn’t be a bad idea, because it allows the female to loosen up, as well as lubricate. The more lubrication, the less pain there will be… don’t over-do it though.
