It depends on what day it is and what needs to be done. They may be filming, practicing with their band, doing interviews, making appearances, volunteer work, doing photoshoots, meetings with their managers, or they may be doing normal things as well - spending time with their partner and family, cooking or going out to eat, shopping, sitting at home relaxing, etc.
