Umm well what i would say are the best colors would be browns that look good with your skine tone. ^_^

In my opinion, I think blue would look really good in the winter and could contrast very well with brown eyes. Light sparkly blue with other shades of blue would look great. :)

Blue just seems like a really good winter color, haha. It could represent snowflakes, frost, chilly weather, etc. Also, since blue is light, it would make your brown eyes pop. Hope I helped!

Smokey browns, greys, & blacks. You can probably get away with gold too.

What I do is match my eye shadow color with the clothing I’m wearing. So you don’t have to be limited to a certain eye shadow color.
