How to curl my eyelashes?

I have semi-short lashes unfortuanately and they are very light. I use to be able to curl them with a eyelash curler and set it with mascara, now they won’t even stayed curled. I need anything that will help. I’ve tried false lashes, they look terrible on my or rather I can’t apply them right. Any tips on eyelash curlers, mascara?

like lore13 said, heating your curler a bit does work.

we’re both asian, so we have thin short lashes. this is what I do and it absolutely works.

heat the shu uemura brand eyelash curler. this is one of the best curlers, found at sephora.
place close to the roots and squeeze pushing the curler up slightly, then work the curler to the tip (about 3 small squeezes), remember pushing upwards

get an eyelash curler or get eyelash extentions (there a little pricy)

Use mascara first, and then curl them.
