eyebrow rings

I think eyebrow peircings no matter who you are are kind of tacky looking. Good luck convincing your mom.

It’s not “ewww”… I hate it when people at like piercings are such big deals. They’re simply forms of body art. No crime in that. Anyway, it shouldn’t hurt too bad at all, but it mainly depends on how much pain you can personally handle. As for your mom, just talk with her about it. If she says no, ask her why. Explain to her that as long as they’re done professionally and are properly cared for afterwards that there won’t be any issues with them and that they CAN be removed if you ever decide you don’t want them in the future - simply take the jewlery out and never put it again. NEVER DO ANY PIERCING YOURSELF! That’s a BIG no no. It’s not smart OR safe.

at 13, you really dont want a eyebrow ring its a surface peircing, its not permanent and it will grow out anywere from a week/few months to a few years depending on your body and how you take care of itbut because your very young, its going to grow out a lot quicker the scar it will leave however, is permanent and if not taken out at the right time youll be left with a very noticable indent or raised bit of skin, it deforms the skin, it will never look as smooth as your other eyebrow and it wont ever go back to how it was the scar youll be left with, is there for life because ther peircing grows out also if your school has a dress code they wont allow it and most jobs consider facial peircings unprofesional, especially on kids so theres a lot more to condider here than just “I want one they look cool” how much do they hurt? quite a bit, your eyes will probably water a little if I were you id seriously reconsider it and wait untill your a bit older

it hurts far less then getting your ears pierced I personally love mine no matter other people think
