I was 17 wheni got my belly button peirced but I had perrmission I think you have to b 18 without perrmission

you have to be 18. because im only 14 and I had to have parent permission (but I still got one) but I got it with permission.

generally its age 16 without parental permission were you are though it might be 18 years
