or the make it in a stick . I think NYC (brand) makes them , find a blue one .

and it llooks like a tope/gold under the eye . you could use normal eyeshadow there .

the best way to get your eyeshadow to look like that is the rub on eyeshadow, its not a powder its almost like a lip gloss for your eyes it works really good

you can get it at a lot of places

but if you can’t find it I suggest going to sephora with the picture
