I had kidney infection not too long ago, i was sent to the ER because the pain was so intense, they compare it to giving labor, saying it is worse than that. Most people with kidney infections feel like they always have to pee, even when only drops come out when they go to the bathroom. In my case, it got so bad that I was peeing blood. Dont assume you have a kidney infection or kidney stones, consider all other options because these are really terrible things to have and they make life miserable. I had my kidney infection during my Halloween party, I peed myself in front 30 people because you cant make it to the bathroom.
