my neighbor has a son about my age that lives in portugal with his father. he comes during the summer to visit. Every year, we both make it really obvious that I like him and he likes me, but hes still extrememly shy around me. We do hang out, but always with other people. How can I get him to talk to just me and maybe start something special without him feeling akward?
