Who thinks emo style is stupid and pathetic ?

stephanief987, and mrscobain, I TOTALY agree. Emo actually started as a branch of punk. its truefull name is Emotional Punk. Anyone who says “your emo” to someone because they cut themselves, or listen to dark music, or wear clothes that are categorized as “emo” really needs to get their facts straight.

I THINK THATS STUPID THEY DONT KNOW WHAT 2 COME UP WITH THESE DAYS ! I THINK SOME PEOPLE DO IT 2 GET PEOPLE ATTENTION. I AGREE WIT ESKIMO THAT SOME EMO GUYS ARE CUTE!

I dont think its stupid or Pathetic.However,I Do have a problem with people calling each other “emo” like its a label or some kind of lifestyle. “Emo” Comes form Emotional,Which is a type of music.Kids today hear “emo” and think of kids wearing tight jeans,with heavy eyeliner,and razors to the ceiling. That Bothers me,because Saying your “emo” is like saying your “bluegrass”. It doesnt really make sense. A lot of kids dress this way because its “cool” and whatever.I dont see what it proves,other than your pants are too tight.Its just a style,a fad thatll eventually fade. XD

me, sorta. I think there are to many want to be’s. I tihnk that there’s no reason to go around with greasy unbrushed hair and there’s no reason for GIANT hoddies that obviously don’t fit you. and being emo doens’t mean all black duh! I’ve seen really hot emo girls and guys and A LOT MORE ugly ones. it all depends.

Emo is a genre of music. I think people should be themselves. I think its pretty pathetic hating against others and stereotyping.

I like the style but I dunno abt the attitude.
