Rather eat before you take it. It can burn your stomach or make you nauseous. You always have to eat with anti-biotics.

Rather not, it can burn your stomach, that is why it is recommended that you eat, because it actually destroys some of the intestinal flora.

It always makes me sick. It depends on the person though. There’s some medications I can take (strong ones) with no food, and some I have to take with food. It is generally recommended you have that after some food.
