claires or i went to piercing pagoda in my mall i dont kn ow if you have that near you. or - you can go to a tattoo/piercing shop they can deffinately do it for you.!

go to a piercing shop its kind of pricey but worth it at claires they use a piercing gun and the gun cant be sterilized
