What should I do if my earring won't go back in?

the left one hurt the most when i got it..has been the most sore..and now i took my earring out to put a different back on it, and to clean it a bit more thouroughly. ive done this with the other two piercings, and the earring on the right…it went fine. but this one won’t go in! i tried going in through the back; but i don’t exactly know where the back of the hole is..this happened a few hours ago and i got it back in, then when i got home i took it out to clean it thinking it would go faster this time and it wouldn’t get stuck. help??? ive gotten this piercing once before, but it got infected and i REALLY don’t want to have to get it pierced again.

You need to go back to the piercer. I do not recceomend forcing it back in as it could be infected causing your infection to get worse. Go to your piercer ASAP. Also you should never change jewlery until the piercing is cleaned and you should never take the jewlery out to clean it. If at ll you ever have discomfort you should go to the piercer for them to help you. I never mind when someone comes into see me with a small issue. I rather them come ask for help instead of being embarrased or not wanting to bother me.
