Dvd security advice- does anyone know how to unlock it?

I bought this dvd of dirty dancing 20th addition at the supermarket. But when I got it home I couldnt get it open. It has a sticker on the front saying security device enclosed ct-29. Im wondering if anyone knows how to get it open?

It sounds like you may need to take it back from where you got it and see if they forgot to take something off or something.

First of all you will need 2 reasonably strong magnets & a pointy knife or skewer, I have 2 magnets from an old computer Hard Disc Drive. If your case is clear plastic you can hold it up to the light & you will see a dark spot or shadow at the top & bottom of the opening. There are magnets inside attached to the locking strip inside the opening. You will need to put one magnet at the top of the case in the front & one on the back of the case at the bottom. This will draw the internal magnets back and release the locking tabs. With the pointy tool push on the Red lock symbol & slide it up to reveal the green unlocked symbol. The case is now open, the locking strip inside can now be discarded. Cheers, ShuntR
