I wear a long rap. At night I dry rap my hair and sleep with a silk skarf because of this I am losing my hair in the back on the side of the direction that I rap it in. What should I do? I dont want to change the direction because my hair is trained that way.

well you have to untrain it and rap it the other way other wise there is no other way..I no what your saying because I rap mi hair too I usally just rap1 way then the other and swich like that
